Thank you for choosing Mevva. We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES

At Mevva, we partner with premium logistics providers to ensure that your products arrive at your doorstep swiftly and perfectly intact. To maintain our elevated standards of care, a nominal flat-rate shipping fee of ₹39 is applied at checkout on all orders below ₹1,499. Orders of ₹1,499 or more ship free.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Mevva is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

Mevva is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and reach out to us at contact@mevva.in so we can assist you with the process and ensure your experience with our brand is made right.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Mevva ships strictly within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
