Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final To ensure the highest quality, hygiene, and safety of our Himalayan Sea Buckthorn products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All purchases made through Mevva are final.

Because our items are consumable goods, we cannot accept products back into our inventory once they have been dispatched from our facility. We also do not accept returns on gift cards or items purchased during a promotional sale.

Damages and Order Issues While we maintain a strict no-return policy, your experience with Mevva is incredibly important to us.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us right away at contact@mevva.in. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We evaluate these concerns on a case-by-case basis and will work with you directly to make it right.
